Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Loan Servicing Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a direct hire position in Baltimore City. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming communication related to loan documents and status updates, answer questions and route calls appropriately
- Manage an inbox for emails from borrowers and assign tasks to the appropriate parties
- Scan and organize all incoming documents and maintain borrower records
- Organize information in accordance with the processes in place, verify information for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a position supporting loan preparation, working with banking or financial services
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with systems and document management
- Knowledge of banking principles, loan documentation, interest, and credit worthiness
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail required
- Must have excellent communication and follow-up skills
Compensation and Schedule
- This is a salaried, direct-hire position, full-time 40 hour work week
- Schedule is in-office for the first 90 days and then hybrid with 2 WFH days/week
- Compensation for this position is 55-65k depending on experience
- Position is located in Baltimore City and parking is covered
